(I’m going to just post random unflattering photos of her in this post…. just because she doesn’t want me to. Can she sue me?? If she does… it was someone else who wrote this.)

Really??? REALLY??? When you step out of those house looking like a reptile/condom/crack whore hooker (those exist) I’m pretty sure there will be unflattering photos of you floating around the world-wide web.

That is precisely why I do not dress like that. If you don’t dress like a moron… you won’t look like one in pictures.

According to Rolling Stone, Lady Gaga (or now we should call her Princess Gaga) is demanding that she own the copyright to all the photos taken of her during concerts. Ummmm??? No.

The Ga is stating that any photos taking of her become her property. Ummm?? No. I’m pretty sure that is not even legal. Why don’t you read a book once in a while Lady Gaga? Check out copyright laws while you’re at it.

I don’t even want to translate the rest of this because it’s stupid and she is making no sense, and therefore stressing me out. But, you can read it all HERE. Pretty much Erik Thureson makes the most sense in the article.

“Just because she does the show doesn’t mean that she has the talent or ability to capture the image. That would be like the venue saying they own the rights to that show’s music because it is played in their house.”

I’m going to interpret his quote as him saying that he thinks Lady Gaga has no talent.

And plus, what does she think her life is, Facebook??? You only have these kind of rights when it comes to the morning after some ridiculous Frat party and your friends post pictures on Facebook. You have final say or you get to de-friend your friend on Facebook and in real life.
