Isn’t it weird what my mind retains???

First off, Esquire is a genius publication because they put Ryan Gosling’s face twice on the cover of the magazine. That’s twice the hormones from women freaking out and buying twice the copies. It’s just basic math and science.

Second, Ryan Gosling hit puberty while he was singing about Mickey Mouse.

On puberty: “I went through puberty in a theme park. I’m grateful. That place was a landscape to me. I had adventures every day….Backstage at Disney World, there are stories. Mickey Mouse with his head off, drinking coffee on break. Pirates on the phone. Ghosts in line for food. It just made me see things.”

No wonder his voice dropped and he grew hair on his chest… Mickey Mouse had his head off.

And because of that experience, Ryan has a pretty strong grasp on adulthood.

On why it’s pretty sweet to be an adult:“Sometimes I think that the one thing I love most about being an adult is the right to buy candy whenever and wherever I want.”
