I love pop music as much as the 13 year old girl that lives down the street from you, but at least I’m mature enough to know that when you read the lyrics sans the perfect melody that usually accompanies…. it looks pretty awful.

Case in point: Justin Bieber lyrics.

J Biebs released the track list for Believe with some sample lyrics to let us know the treat we are in for. Below are some are the lyrical standouts. Your mind may or may not be blown from the genius that pours from J Biebs’ pen.

“All Around the World”
Lyrics: “You’re beautiful, you should know it… You’re crazy girl, you should know it… Baby what are you doing, where you at… DJ bring that back / All around the world, I want to be loved.”

He calls the girl “crazy”, but she should know that. And the DJ needs to bring something back.. not sure what that’s about? J Biebs just wants to be loved… all around the world.

“Be Alright”
Lyrics: “All alone in my room, waiting for your call… For you I’d walk a thousand miles… Through the long nights and bright lights… Don’t you worry ’cause everything’s gonna be alri-i-ight.”

It’s not just going to be alright, it’s gonna be alri-i-ight. JB is Webster and just makes up words.

“As Long As You Love Me”
Lyrics: “As long as you love me / we could be starving, we could be homeless / we could be broke… I’ll be your platinum, I’ll be your silver, I’ll be your gold.”

Forget the fact that he stole the song title from The Backstreet Boys, and just read the lyrics. I’m pretty sure if he was homeless and starving, he’d care less if Selena Gomez wanted to be his girlfriend, but in pop music this is super romantic.

“Right Here”
Lyrics: Not released.

Those song lyrics are so good… they won’t even let us read them. Can not wait.
