No more than 2 months ago, Lady Gaga was going on and on about how she doesn’t want any publicity because it puts a hold on her creative process and she needs to focus on her new album. Well, this album must be the album of the decade one again because now this crazy lady  is out in public and running around Hong Kong in a dress made from purple hair.

But… she doesn’t want any attention from the media.
