I’ve come to the realization that “Boyfriend” will never sound good live. The mix of the  awkward, slow rapping and the falsetto is too much.

I do appreciate the use of neon and creepy clown girl dancers though. It’s a good distraction. I almost forgot that he should have lip synched the entire thing.

Dance breaks were very 2001 and I appreciate that. You don’t see that very often.

PS If Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez really broke up; I no longer believe in love. Them breaking up is not swaggie.
