Justin Bieber is on the cover of Rolling Stone and is looking, well– he’s looking like he hit puberty. Nothing says “I hit puberty” in a boy like wearing a white tank top (colloquially known as a “wife beater”) and a chain.

Anyway, the only “newsworthy” part of this is Justin Bieber calls himself a man.

On growing up: “I feel like I carry myself in a more manly way. I don’t carry myself as a boy.”

That statement is a little ironic because he looks like a woman half the time. And I mean that with love.
