Is it too dramatic to say One Direction’s performance of “What Makes You Beautiful” was breath-taking last night at the 2012 Olympic closing ceremony? I don’t think so, so I’m going to say it was breath-taking.

I. Can’t. Breathe.

Even Prince Harry was taken aback.

Why don’t guys dress like that in real life? I need to move to Europe.

I’d even accept this hat and highlight job as an appropriate way to look. Zayn Malik might have just won the battle for my heart against Harry Styles.

Oh wait a minute— Harry looks great in blue and he claps to the beat with a passion I’ve never seen before.

Watch this really shitty video of their performance and I dare you not to be intrigued.

Those back up dancers (there must be a lack of dancers in London) are seriously into them. And I don’t know about you— but if I was a medal winner, I’d give all my  medals to One Direction because they deserve it.

I’m so happy the Olympics are over and I’m so happy One Direction probably hung out with the Spice Girls last night.
