What is wrong with merchandisers? How is this appropriate?

Sometimes the UK get a little freaky and in the 99 pence stores you can get some One Direction ice pops.

Ice pops not your thing… how about a cream filled cake?

The sexual innuendos are out of control. What happened to the good old 1D hooded sweatshirts? Why must cream be involved in my 1D indulgences?
