Mumford & Sons’ Music Video For “I Will Wait” Is Just A Part For Our Hearts And Ears

Posted on: September 11, 2012

I’m incapable of coming up with a witty title for anything Mumford & Sons, so let’s just all be clear on that.

Babel doesn’t come out for a few weeks, but thankfully we have “I Will Wait”, the new single, and now we have the music video.

Mum & Sons do it right. No stupid plot lines portraying music video actors falling in and out of love, or even worse— them doing to acting themselves, but just straight up concert and performance footage.

The video for “I Will Wait” was filmed at Red Rocks (Does that mean anything to you? Because it means nothing to me) and it has the classic Mumford & Sons that we love— the one guy jamming on the bass, the other grinding up on his banjo, the hot keyboard player looking like he time traveled from Oklahoma circa 1984 and Marcus Mumford ‘stached out and wearing an ill fitted vest.

God, I missed their faces.

I’m going to make the bold statement and say the crowd loooooooves this song.

Babel hits shelves September 24th. I beg you all to purchase this album…. I’m confident it will change your life.
