Usually the wax statues are frightening and look nothing like the real life human celebrity (minus Angelina Jolie who ALWAYS looks like a wax figure), but Kate Winslet’s wax figure is the best I’ve seen.
I’m so impressed.
In fact, Helen Mirren and Judi Dench’s wax figures look great too. I think it’s the wax figures unless they are just standing next to the wax figure of Kate Winslet because they think it’s really her. I’m confused.
I’m so confused.

Helen Mirren was in NYC last night for the premiere of The Debt and to simply put it… she looks great for a 66-year-old. In fact, I’d like to push her down, but she’s so fit she wouldn’t even fall and break a hip. She’d just kick my ass and still look better than me while doing it.
I’m sorry if this deflated anyone’s self-esteem today, but don’t worry, I feel the same way.

Yes. I’ll admit it. I’m one of those inappropriate people who crack up when children curse, whether accidentally or on purpose.
My little Apple Jax just began to say some simple words like, “hi”, “Mama”, “Bug” and I’m praying to Oprah that when I see him this weekend I can teach him “shit” and if things are going well “f**k”.
Anyway, Helen Mirren said “shit” on British TV and she’s just a cool, older, British woman.

There is a remake of Arthur and Russell Brand is in it.
I’m going to see this because Rusell Brand is adorable and British.
I am insanely jealous of Katy Perry and I hate her and her fireworks when I think of the fact that these two hang out on a daily basis.
Russell Brand is funny and I hope America learns to appreciate him more.

Still can’t think of a joke. Deal with it.
This is the part when I look at dresses and wish 1) I had enough money to buy it 2) had somewhere to wear it.
Hailee Steinfeld is in True Grit and this dress is adorable. She’s a child so she can get away with this bright color dress. Helen Mirren can not. This is like Freddy Krueger on ecstasy and on Project Runway.
Julia Stiles…she was in Save The Last Dance. This dress is better than that movie.
Claire Danes… I want to own this dress. I want to get married in this dress. Is that appropraite?? Probably not. But I’m sure my wedding won’t be appro.
Nicole Kidman…. I don’t like this dress. But I like that she can move her face and smile. PS I didn’t see Rabbit Hole… but I read it. It’s great.
Christian Bale still look Jesus.
